Nurse for Belgium

Your responsibilities • Medication administration and record keeping: administer treatments as prescribed and keep records up to date in the electronic file. • Specialized care: perform dressings, manage catheters and stomas, administer injections and other complex procedures. • Patient care and monitoring: monitor their health, assist with activities of daily living, and detect changes in physical or emotional status. • Collaboration: coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, quality care. • Development in specific areas: grow in areas of interest, becoming a reference for colleagues and contributing specialized expertise in pain, nutrition, wound care, or other areas. • Progressive responsibility: after a period of orientation, take on the comprehensive care of an assigned group of patients. Who you will care for: Patients with various health conditions, including diabetes, COPD, heart disease, arthritis, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, dementia, etc. Requirements • Nursing degree (diploma or bachelor's degree) — European or equivalent in a European country • European citizen or with a residence permit in another European country. • Language requirements for working in Belgium: o French or German: level B2 o Dutch: level B1 o If you do not speak any of these languages, no problem: we offer a flexible language training program through which you can join the workplace based on your language level. We offer • Permanent contract (38 hours per week) - shift work • Nurse salary: €46,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience. Salaries regulated by the Belgian government. • Nursing assistant salary: €39,000 - €50,500 per year, depending on experience.
