Responsibilities: Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure donations and grants to support the organization's initiatives Plan and execute events to raise awareness and funds for the organization Collaborate with volunteers, donors, and community partners to strengthen relationships and increase engagement with the organization Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the impact and achievements of the organization to stakeholders and supporters Manage the organization's social media platforms to promote events, share success stories, and engage with followers Participate in meetings and trainings to stay updated on industry trends and best practices Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as non-profit management, social work, or business Proven experience in fundraising, event planning, and volunteer management Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with social media platforms Passionate about the organization's mission and committed to making a positive impact in the community.
