Netflix Customer Support with German

About the project: You will be working for Netflix, a subscription-based streaming service that allows our members to watch TV shows and movies on an internet-connected device. Your Responsibilities: -Respond to customer inquiries -Troubleshoot and resolve streaming issues -Provide information on subscription plans -Assist with account management and billing -Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams -Stay up-to-date with new features and content -Follow strict guidelines for data protection and customer privacy.
