Music Therapist

Our leading client, a healthcare provider in Dublin, is seeking a Music Therapist to join their team on a full-time basis. As a Music Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds, using your skills and expertise to help improve their physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing. Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized music therapy treatment plans for patients based on their unique needs and goals Use a variety of music therapy techniques, such as singing, playing instruments, and listening to music, to help patients achieve therapeutic outcomes Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and psychologists, to provide holistic care to patients Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress notes Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans and protocols Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music Therapy or related field Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) with the Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT) Experience working as a Music Therapist with a diverse patient population, preferably in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills If you're passionate about using music as a tool to promote healing and wellbeing, we want to hear from you!
