Monitor gaming areas for safety and security, reporting any concerns or incidents. Support team members in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Handle guest queries or issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role (casino experience is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of casino games and regulations is preferred but not required (training will be provided). Must be flexible with shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
