Position: Freelance Masseuse / Massage Therapist Type: Freelance / Self-employed Compensation: 35% of revenue Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable freelance masseuse to provide professional massage therapy services to clients on a flexible, on-demand basis. As a freelance massage therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments tailored to individual client needs, helping to relieve stress, tension, and muscle pain while promoting overall wellness. Key Responsibilities: Conduct consultations to understand client health history, concerns, and treatment goals. Perform a variety of massage techniques (e.g., Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Relaxation, Trigger Point) Ensure a clean, comfortable, and safe environment during sessions. Offer professional recommendations for ongoing care and wellness. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of massage techniques and bodywork trends. Manage scheduling, invoicing, and client follow-ups independently. Requirements Certification or diploma in massage therapy from an accredited institution Valid license. Proven experience as a massage therapist. Strong understanding of human anatomy and therapeutic techniques. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and maintain client confidentiality. Bonus Qualifications: Experience with injury recovery. CPR/First Aid certification
