Responsibilities: Delivering lectures and practical training to students, covering various massage techniques and related theories. Preparing course materials and assessments, ensuring that they meet regulatory standards and are up-to-date. Providing guidance and support to students, answering their queries and addressing any concerns they may have. Ensuring that the training equipment and facilities are well-maintained and safe to use. Monitoring and evaluating student progress, providing feedback and guidance to help them improve their skills. Collaborating with other instructors and staff to develop new course offerings and improve existing ones. Requirements: Diploma or higher qualification in Massage Therapy or related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Massage Therapist, with a strong track record of delivering quality services. Previous experience in teaching or training, ideally in a vocational education setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
