Manufacturing Engineer

As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities: Develop and implement production plans to meet company goals and objectives Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure production continuity Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards Troubleshoot production problems and implement solutions in a timely manner Train and supervise production staff to ensure safe and efficient operations Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations Strong understanding of production processes and principles Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning tools Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team This is a full-time position with hybrid remote and work from home opportunities available. The successful candidate will be based in Oklahoma and will report to the Manufacturing Manager.
