Mac Operator Contract

As a Mac Operator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the client's Mac systems and devices. This is a hybrid position, with remote and work from home opportunities available. Responsibilities: Provide first-class support to the Mac users across the organization. Manage and maintain the client's Mac systems and devices including installations, configurations, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure system compatibility, reliability, and security. Provide technical support and guidance to users on software and hardware issues. Perform regular system updates, maintenance, and backups. Develop and maintain documentation on system configuration and troubleshooting procedures. Requirements: Strong experience in Mac operating systems and devices. Familiarity with relevant software and hardware tools such as JAMF Pro, Apple Remote Desktop, Munki, etc. Excellent troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team. Knowledge of network protocols, security, and administration. Experience with automation and scripting tools such as Bash, Python, and AppleScript is a plus.
