As a Leisure Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an unforgettable experience by providing exceptional customer service, organizing and hosting events, and managing activities such as sports, games, and tours. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety in the leisure areas. Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service Plan, organize and host leisure events and activities Manage sports facilities and equipment Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the leisure areas Uphold all safety and health regulations Provide information and answer guests' questions about the leisure facilities and activities Promote and sell leisure activities and services Coordinate with other staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or leisure industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Passion for delivering exceptional customer service Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of safety and health regulations in the leisure industry Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus If you are enthusiastic, outgoing, and have a passion for creating memorable experiences, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
