Leisure Centre Workers Needed

As a Leisure Center Staff, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensuring that all leisure activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities: Greet guests and assist with their queries, providing a high level of customer service at all times Ensure that all leisure facilities are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, reporting any defects to the appropriate person Conduct daily safety checks of all equipment and report any faults immediately Provide supervision and assistance during leisure activities such as swimming, gym sessions, and sports games Provide basic first aid when required and ensure that all accidents and incidents are recorded in the appropriate manner Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment and facilities as required Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures Requirements: Proven experience working in a leisure center or similar environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work as part of a team and also use own initiative Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask First aid training and lifeguard qualification is preferred Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a keen interest in the leisure industry, then this could be the perfect role for you!
