Lead Mechanical Fitter – Malta & European Projects

Global Recruitment Bridge is seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Fitter / Mechanical Team Leader for long-term international projects with an established engineering company. Location: Malta, France and other European project sites Contract: Long-term employment Salary: €30,000–€35,000 gross per year Accommodation: Assistance provided Starting date: As soon as possible Key responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate a team of mechanical fitters • Perform hands-on mechanical fitting, installation and maintenance work • Organise daily tasks and monitor work progress • Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements • Communicate with project management and other teams Requirements: • Proven professional experience as a Mechanical Fitter • Previous team-leading or supervisory experience • Ability to communicate effectively in English • Marine, shipyard, industrial or port experience is preferred • Valid driving licence and willingness to drive • EU citizenship or valid permission to work in the EU • Responsible and professional attitude To apply, please send your CV together with information about your English level, driving licence, work eligibility and nearest airport.
