Chang MWe are seeking an experienced Lead Agronomist for a long-term international assignment. This position requires relocation to China, where the successful candidate will lead flower cultivation and greenhouse production at modern facilities.

Key responsibilities: •Lead crop production and agronomic strategy •Optimize yield, quality, and sustainability •Manage soil health, nutrition, irrigation, pests, and diseases •Implement modern and precision agriculture practices •Lead and mentor local agronomy teams Requirements: • Strong background in Dutch flower cultivation methods (greenhouse and/or open-field) • Proven experience in consulting, farm leadership, or large-scale agricultural projects • In-depth knowledge of plant nutrition, crop protection, climate control, and yield optimization • Experience working in international or cross-cultural environments is highly preferred • Willingness and ability to relocate to China for an extended period
