We are seeking a motivated junior trader ready to grow in a professional trading environment focused on arbitrage and spot cryptocurrency trading. Responsibilities: Continuously monitor the market in real time and identify arbitrage opportunities and spot trades Keep accurate records of all transactions and maintain internal reporting Conduct in-depth analysis of price discrepancies, news, on-chain data, and other signals Actively participate in daily discussions and collaborative strategy refinement Follow established team approaches and workflows Continuously study the market and develop skills through internal training.
