IT Support Engineer

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users on a variety of hardware and software issues. You will work closely with the IT team to maintain and improve the overall IT infrastructure of the company. Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Set up and configure workstations, printers, and other peripherals. Install and configure software applications and operating systems. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware/software faults. Ensure security and data privacy of the company’s systems and data. Maintain accurate inventory of all hardware and software assets. Communicate effectively with end-users to provide timely and accurate assistance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role. Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and other common software applications. Hands-on experience with network and server administration. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software. Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
