IT Support Engineer (Dispatch/Backfill)

We are looking for an EUC Level 1 Support Engineer as backfill/Dispatch (NOT FULL TIME) to provide on-site IT support to end users in a corporate environment. 𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦 • First-line support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices • Troubleshooting Windows OS, hardware, and basic network issues • User account support using Active Directory (password resets, account unlocks) • Supporting Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) • Installing, imaging, and re-imaging systems • Printer setup and troubleshooting • Ticket handling and documentation following ITIL processes 𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗦 • Windows 10/11 support • Active Directory basics • Microsoft 365 support • Hardware troubleshooting • Basic networking knowledge • Experience with SCCM / MDT / MDM is a plus 𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗨𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 • German – B1 level or higher (mandatory) • English – conversational level 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗔𝗨𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗭𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 • Must have legal right to work in Austria • Student visas will NOT be accepted 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 • 1–2 years of experience in IT Support / EUC / Desktop Support preferred
