Looking for a new challenge as an IT Manager? Our client, a reputable organization in Bangor, UK, is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position with the option to work remotely and from home. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the organization's IT team to ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT services and support. Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Manage the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems. Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data and information systems. Manage IT projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Monitor and report on IT performance, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to understand business needs and develop IT solutions to support them. Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the IT industry and make recommendations for their adoption. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems. Familiarity with IT security and data protection standards. Experience managing IT projects and budgets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
