A dynamically growing company in the food trade sector is looking for an Internal Legal Advisor to staff its legal department. Main Responsibilities: Providing legal advice and opinions on issues related to the operation of the company. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts (commercial, labor, procurement, etc.). Monitoring legislation and regulatory changes that affect the company's activity. Managing legal issues related to commercial, corporate, labor and/or administrative law. Collaborating with external legal partners and law firms where required. Supporting the management of potential disputes or court cases. Required Qualifications Law degree from a recognized university. Registered with the Bar Association. At least [2-5] years of experience in a similar position and/or in a law firm. Excellent knowledge of commercial and corporate law. Very good knowledge of English legal terminology (written and spoken). Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Organizational skills, responsibility and confidentiality. Master's degree in commercial/corporate law. Experience in a multinational or dynamically developing business environment.
