Ice Hockey Coach

Looking for a full-time position as an Ice Hockey Coach? We are hiring for one of our leading clients based in Detroit, USA. As an Ice Hockey Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing practice and game plans for a team of players. Responsibilities: Design and implement practice drills, training plans, and game strategies to improve players’ skills, teamwork, and overall performance. Observe and analyze the performance of individual players and the team as a whole, and provide feedback for improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with players, parents, and other members of the team to ensure a positive and cohesive team environment. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of team activities and events. Attend meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in ice hockey coaching. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience coaching ice hockey at the high school, college, or professional level. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of ice hockey rules, strategies, and techniques. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
