IAM Engineer

As an IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the company's identity and access management systems. You will be working with cross-functional teams to identify, implement and maintain IAM policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with various regulatory frameworks. Responsibilities: Design, implement and maintain identity and access management systems and policies. Evaluate existing IAM systems to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM systems across the company's various business units. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and ISO 27001. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM systems and processes. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IAM and cybersecurity. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Proven experience working as an IAM Engineer, with expertise in at least one IAM solution (e.g. Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity). Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices. Experience with IAM compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
