HR Consultant

Our client, a leading company in the HR industry, is seeking a skilled HR Consultant to join their team in Jacksonville. Responsibilities: Provide expert HR advice and guidance to clients on various HR issues, including employee relations, recruitment and retention, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to improve clients' HR processes and practices, ensuring they are aligned with their business objectives. Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Coach and train clients' HR teams and managers on best practices and compliance requirements. Manage HR projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and regulations to ensure clients are compliant with changes in the industry. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR consulting or a similar role. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
