Responsibilities: Welcoming and registering guests, providing them with information about the hotel's services and facilities Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and dining areas Managing guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner Assisting with food and beverage service, including setup, service, and cleanup Operating hotel equipment, such as phone systems, reservation software, and laundry machines Following hotel policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees Requirements: Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel environment Excellent customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and the ability to multitask Flexibility to work in various roles within the hotel, such as housekeeping, food service, and front desk Knowledge of a second language is a plus Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays If you are a hard-working, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual with a passion for hospitality, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
