Hospitality Host

As a Hospitality Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while enjoying our various hospitality services. Responsibilities: • Welcome guests and provide them with a friendly and professional service • Take orders from customers and ensure they are promptly delivered • Ensure that the dining area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained • Handle payments and maintain accurate records of transactions • Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints or concerns • Assist with stock management, including inventory control and ordering supplies • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all customer needs are met Requirements: • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • A friendly, professional and positive attitude • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Availability to work on weekends, holidays and evenings • Good understanding of health and safety regulations • Must be legally authorized to work in the UK If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our team, please send your CV and a cover letter to us.
