Heavy Machine Operator (Multiple Roles)

Our client, a leading construction company in Milwaukee, is seeking a full-time Heavy Machine Operator to join their team. As the Heavy Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating various heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to support the construction and maintenance of buildings, roads, and other infrastructure projects. Responsibilities: Operate heavy machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, following all safety regulations and guidelines Perform routine maintenance and inspection of equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any potential issues Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and other technical documents to ensure that work is completed according to specifications Collaborate with construction crews and supervisors to coordinate work and ensure that project timelines are met Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors Requirements: At least 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery and equipment in a construction or industrial setting Valid heavy equipment operator license or certification Strong knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines for operating heavy machinery and equipment Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with construction crews and supervisors Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments Our client offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.
