Government Staff in Singapore Our client, a leading government agency in Singapore, is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join their team as a Government Staff. This is a full-time role and the successful candidate will be based in Singapore. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of policies and programmes related to the agency's mission and objectives. Conduct research and analysis of policy issues and provide recommendations for improvement. Prepare reports, briefs, and other documentation as required. Support the development and coordination of stakeholder engagement activities. Work collaboratively with other government agencies, community groups and stakeholders to achieve common goals. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and policies. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Policy, Social Sciences, or Business Administration. Experience in policy research, analysis, and development is preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or in a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Good project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. Familiarity with Singapore's political and social landscape is an advantage. Candidates with prior experience working in a government agency or non-profit organisation will have an added advantage.
