Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle all incoming contacts from customers of a retail company through various channels (phone, email and chat)
Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
Offer extra telecom services
Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
C2 level of German and B1 English, both oral and written
Passionate about customers and customer service
Technical as well as sales skills will be an advantage
Problem-solving skills
Upbeat and positive attitude
Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity.
