Freelance UI/UX Designer

The role will involve working on a range of exciting projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative and intuitive user interfaces. Responsibilities: Develop and execute user-centered designs based on business objectives and user research. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design user interfaces and user experiences that meet user needs and business goals. Develop and maintain design patterns, style guides, and other design standards. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve the user experience. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile interfaces. Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Requirements: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating design skills and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision, Marvel, and Axure. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred. Location: This role is based in Denver, but the position is hybrid with remote and work-from-home opportunities available.
