As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering fitness classes to individuals or groups, helping clients to achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Responsibilities: Design and deliver safe and effective fitness classes tailored to the needs of each client. Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises to prevent injury and ensure maximum benefit. Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, provide guidance and motivation to help them reach their fitness goals. Maintain a clean and organized workout space, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Promote the fitness center and its services to potential clients. Requirements: Proven experience as a Fitness Instructor, with a solid knowledge of fitness principles and exercise techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. A nationally recognized certification in fitness instruction, such as ACE, NASM or ACSM. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
