Fishermen (Various -Full-time & Part-Time)

This is a full-time role and requires the candidate to go out to sea. Responsibilities: Operate and maintain commercial fishing vessels, including netting and trapping fish, and maintaining equipment. Monitor fishing equipment and identify issues that could impact fishing operations. Maintain and repair fishing gear, including nets, traps, and lines. Clean, sort, and package fish for sale. Keep accurate records of fishing activities, including the number and type of fish caught and weather conditions. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience working on commercial fishing vessels. Strong knowledge of fishing techniques and equipment. Ability to work in various weather conditions, including rough seas and extreme temperatures. Good physical stamina and strength. Ability to work well in a team environment. Basic knowledge of navigation and marine safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
