Accounting and Financial Operations Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Reconcile invoices, receipts, and bank statements. Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including SST submissions and other statutory requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO). Maintain organized and accurate financial records for audits and internal reviews. Financial Planning and Analysis Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Monitor cash flow and propose strategies to improve liquidity and financial stability. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making. Support the Finance Manager in assessing risks, optimizing costs, and driving financial efficiency. Compliance and Reporting Ensure adherence to company policies, financial regulations, and audit standards. Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed. Prepare and present periodic financial performance updates to stakeholders. Team Collaboration Work closely with other departments to manage budgets, financial plans, and project cost controls. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and accountability. Any additional responsibilities/ tasks as delegated by the Management as needed.
