Fashion Designer (Full-time) Pittsburgh

This is a full-time role, and the candidate will be required to work on-site at the client's location in Pittsburgh. Responsibilities: Develop innovative and original designs for clothing, accessories, and other fashion items. Create sketches, drawings, and prototypes to visualize the design concepts. Collaborate with the production team to ensure that designs can be produced efficiently and within budget. Conduct research on current fashion trends, fabrics, and materials to incorporate them into the design process. Present design concepts to clients, and work with them to finalize the designs. Oversee the production process to ensure that designs are executed correctly and meet the required quality standards. Work with other designers and team members to brainstorm new ideas and approaches. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion design. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of textiles, fabrics, and materials. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Keen eye for detail and strong design skills.
