Factory Workers (Multiple Roles)

Our leading client, a well-known manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled Factory Worker to join their team in Indianapolis. Responsibilities: Operate machinery and equipment to assemble, process, and manufacture products Follow production and assembly instructions to ensure products are manufactured to quality standards Inspect products for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety procedures and regulations Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines Good communication and teamwork skills This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
