Deliver Excellence: Provide top-notch service and support in every interaction, ensuring a high-quality experience for every client.
Shifts:
Monday - Friday:
Morning: 09:00 - 18:00 CEST
Midday: 13:00 - 22:00 CEST
Evening: 15:00 - 00:00 CEST
Saturday: 12:00 - 21:00 CEST
Sunday: 13:00 - 22:00 CEST
What We’re Looking For:
Trading Experience: Solid background in trading is essential.
Sales Skills: Proven expertise in chat-based sales with strong psychological tactics.
Languages: Fluent in both German and English.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Docs, Word, and Excel.
Organised & Communicative: Excellent organizational skills and clear, effective communication.
