Our client, a leading construction company in Cyprus, is seeking an experienced builder to join their team as a full-time employee. As a builder, you will be responsible for constructing, maintaining, and repairing buildings and other structures. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to ensure projects are completed to a high standard and within the set timeline. Responsibilities: Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and plans to determine the scope of the project and the required materials and tools Building structures and frameworks, such as walls, roofs, and floors, using materials such as concrete, steel, and timber Measuring, cutting, and shaping materials accurately using various hand and power tools Installing windows, doors, and other fixtures and fittings as required Maintaining and repairing existing structures as necessary Adhering to all health and safety regulations and best practices on the construction site Liaising with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed to specification and on time Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a builder or in a similar role Excellent knowledge of building materials, hand and power tools, and construction techniques Familiarity with building codes and regulations Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans Good physical fitness and manual dexterity Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure Excellent communication and teamwork skills If you are an experienced builder looking to join a dynamic team of professionals, we encourage you to apply.
