Our leading client is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical thinker with a strong background in digital marketing. Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing Analyze and report on campaign performance using web analytics tools Create and manage content for the company's website, social media channels, and email campaigns Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and suggest new strategies to improve campaign performance Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or e-commerce setting Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and web analytics Excellent communication and collaboration skills Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Marketo, is a plus This is a full-time position based in Philadelphia, PA, with the option to work from home a few days a week.
