Data Entry Clerk / Data Entry Assistant We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The main responsibility is to accurately input, update, and maintain information in our databases and systems. This role is suitable for candidates who are organized, efficient, and comfortable working with repetitive tasks. Key Responsibilities: Enter and update data into online databases and spreadsheets Verify information for accuracy and completeness Identify and correct errors in records Organize digital files and maintain confidentiality Generate simple reports and summaries as needed Qualification Strong typing and computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage time and meet deadlines Good organizational and communication skills Previous data entry or administrative experience is an advantage, but not required Work Schedule: Part-time or full-time positions available Flexible shifts (morning, afternoon, or evening) Benefits: Training provided – no experience required Friendly and supportive work environment Career growth and advancement opportunities Immediate start available
