Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities: Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits Following up to ensure resolution of customer issues Escalating customer complaints to the appropriate channels when necessary Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction Providing exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner Continuously improving customer service quality by taking the initiative to identify and address customer needs Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service delivery Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Strong problem-solving skills Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is a plus If you are a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills and are interested in joining a dynamic team, please apply today!
