As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a reliable and confident communicator to support our client engagement and booking processes. Position Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle lead follow-ups, client communication, and appointment scheduling. This role is ideal for students or anyone seeking to develop customer service, sales, and administrative skills, with a minimal daily time commitment. Key Responsibilities - Make outgoing calls to new leads and past clients between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm daily - Provide friendly, professional, and helpful customer service - Convert warm leads into scheduled appointments - Enter and update client information and bookings in the company CRM - Follow scripts and communication guidelines where needed - Maintain accurate records of all interactions - Communicate any urgent client needs or issues to the supervisor Skills & Qualifications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging with clients - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Basic computer literacy (CRM experience is a bonus but not required) - Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the 1-hour daily schedule - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Ideal for students looking to gain sales or customer service experience What We Offer - Only 1 hour of work per day — easy to balance with study or other commitments - Real experience in customer service, sales, and CRM software - Supportive training and ongoing guidance - Opportunity to grow with the company as we expand - Flexible, remote-friendly work environment How to Apply If you're enthusiastic, reliable, and excited to build real customer service and sales experience, we’d love to hear from you!
