This role plays a key part in maintaining tenant satisfaction, building strong client relationships, and upholding the company’s reputation in the real estate market. Key Responsibilities • Respond to tenant and prospective client inquiries via phone, email, or in person • Provide accurate information about available properties, pricing, and lease terms • Schedule property viewings and follow up with prospective tenants • Address tenant concerns, maintenance requests, and service issues promptly • Coordinate with property managers, maintenance teams, and leasing agents • Maintain and update tenant records, applications, and communication logs • Assist with lease documentation and onboarding of new tenants • Follow up with tenants to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues • Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach at all times
