Due to their expanding services and growing client demand, they are currently seeking enthusiastic and service-driven individuals with a passion for skincare, client care, and delivering exceptional customer experiences to join their team Position: Customer Service Executive – Full Time Location: George Town, Pulau Pinang 11050 Job Responsibilities: • Contact new customers to successfully arrange appointment to outlets for treatment (Customers provided by company’s marketing team) • Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and service-related questions. • Handle order processing, tracking, exchanges, and returns efficiently. • Manage customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions. • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system. • Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, helpful, and professional service. • Support daily store or office operations when required. • Uphold company service standards and maintain a positive brand image.
