Job Description
About the project:
You will be supporting Dutch-speaking clients of Imperial Brands PLC, is a British multinational tobacco company. It is one of the world's largest tobacco companies and has a diverse portfolio of products, including cigarettes, cigars, smokeless tobacco, and vaping products.
Your Responsibilities:
-Customer support via telephone (inbound and outbound), chat, email and video calls;
-Providing detailed information to the customer about any questions about products;
-Support with online ordering and processing warranty cases;
Information and assistance with questions about other tobacco products;
What you will need:
-Fluent level of Dutch language (at least C1)
-Good level of English language (at least B2)
-Communication skills
What you will gain:
-Salary of 1300€ gross x 14 months
-Performance Bonus up to: 130€ gross per month
