Crew Member (F&B Retail)

Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries about menu items or promotions. Provide quick and accurate service while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Handle complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary. Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes and presentation standards. Ensure consistency in product quality and portioning. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Store Operations: Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. Restock and organize inventory, including food, beverages, and packaging materials. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and setting up the store. Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep the dining area, counters, and preparation areas clean and tidy. Follow cleaning schedules and sanitation guidelines. Report maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service. Participate in training and development programs as required.
