Creative Director - Manhatten New York

RecMeNow, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Creative Director for one of our clients based in Manhattan, New York. The ideal candidate will be a creative visionary with a passion for leading and managing a team of designers, copywriters, and creatives. This is a full-time hybrid role, and the candidate will have opportunities to work remotely. Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the creative vision and direction for various marketing campaigns and initiatives. Lead and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and creatives to ensure that all designs and copy align with the client's brand and vision. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure that designs and copy meet the required standards and objectives. Manage the creative process from conception to final execution, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and design techniques to ensure that the client's work remains fresh and innovative. Work with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and present creative concepts that meet their requirements. Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clients in a clear and concise manner. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, Copywriting, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in creative direction or a similar role. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout. Knowledge of copywriting best practices and the ability to craft compelling copy. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Keen eye for detail and strong creative skills.
