Attention all skilled and creative costume makers! Our client, a reputable entertainment company in Cyprus, is currently seeking a talented freelance costume maker to join their team. As a costume maker, you will be responsible for creating stunning costumes that bring characters to life on stage and screen. Responsibilities: Interpreting designs and creating costumes that accurately represent the characters and the era they are set in. Sourcing fabrics and materials within budget while maintaining quality. Working closely with the production team to ensure costumes are delivered on time and to specifications. Conducting fittings and alterations as needed to ensure costumes fit the actors properly. Maintaining costumes throughout the production, making repairs and alterations as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a costume maker, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and creativity. Excellent sewing and construction skills, with knowledge of various fabrics and materials. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as required by the production schedule.
