As a Construction Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and placing qualified construction professionals to meet the staffing needs of our clients. Responsibilities: • Source, screen, and interview candidates for construction-related roles • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs • Negotiate and extend job offers to candidates • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction recruiting • Strong knowledge of the construction industry and job market trends • Proven track record of successfully placing construction professionals • Ability to effectively source candidates through various channels • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems • Must be legally authorized to work in the US If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our team, please send your CV and a cover letter to us.
