Job Description
RecMeNow is currently seeking a Construction Project Manager for one of our leading clients in Seattle.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of the construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Manage project budgets and ensure that costs are kept within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the required quality standards.
• Ensure that all construction work meets regulatory and safety standards.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure that all plans and specifications are followed.
• Manage the project team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.
