Construction Project Manager

Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team. As the Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of construction projects from start to finish. You will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Develop project plans and budgets, and oversee project timelines Manage construction projects and ensure all work is completed on time and within budget Communicate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all work is completed to required standards Oversee all construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards Prepare reports on project progress and provide regular updates to senior management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field At least 5 years of experience in construction project management Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Familiarity with construction management software and other relevant tools If you are an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply today!
