Concierge

Looking for a dynamic and customer service-oriented individual to join our client's team as a concierge host in Leeds! As a concierge host, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing personalized service to all visitors. Responsibilities: Greeting guests upon arrival and departure, providing luggage assistance as needed Providing guests with recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and events Booking transportation, making restaurant reservations, and arranging other requests as needed Managing incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and requests promptly and professionally Maintaining a clean and organized lobby area Assisting with other tasks as assigned by management Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required This is a full-time role based in Leeds, UK.
