Change Management Consultant

Our leading client in Washington DC is looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant to join their team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of new systems and processes Create and execute change management communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans and ensure a holistic approach to change management Conduct impact assessments, readiness assessments, and training needs assessments to identify areas of resistance and develop plans to mitigate them Facilitate change management training sessions and workshops to support employees through the change process Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred At least 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges Experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Change management certification (e.g. Prosci, ACMP) preferred This is a full-time position based in Washington DC, with the opportunity for hybrid work arrangements.
