Change Control Manager

Location: Stoke, UK (with remote and WFH opportunities) We are looking for a highly skilled Change Control Manager to join one of our leading clients in the Stoke area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing changes to the company's systems and processes, ensuring that changes are carried out effectively and efficiently, with minimal impact on the business. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a change management process for the company. Implement and manage the change management process across the company. Review change requests and ensure that they are complete and accurate. Evaluate the risks and impacts of changes, and plan and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Collaborate with various departments to identify changes that are required, and to ensure that they are properly implemented. Manage the approval process for changes, including the creation of documentation and communication to stakeholders. Ensure that changes are properly tested and documented before being implemented. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the change management process, and make improvements as necessary. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or related field. Proven ability to develop and implement change management processes. Experience in project management and risk management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with ITIL framework is highly desirable.
